This top of the range Network Walkman has 1 GB internal flash memory, a 3-lines Organic EL display, a rechargeable battery, a built-in FM tuner and look great.

 

Pros

Looks great, very sleek and stylish

 

Transfer up to 45 CD's onto the internal memory thanks to ATRAC3plus compression technology

 

Good battery life (up to 50 hours quoted)

 

Quick charge function: 3 minutes charging is sufficient for 3 hours playback time

 

Bright and clear 3-lines Organic EL display and a shuttle switch for easy navigation

 

Built-in FM tuner

 

Supports: MP3, ATRAC, WMA (non-encrypted), and WAV.

 

Works as a USB mass storage device, this means you can store audio, visual and data files (Word, Powerpoint, ATRAC, Mp3, Jpeg, Mpeg, etc.)

 

Weighs just 37g including the battery

 

Cons

Capacity is small compared to hard drive based models of similar cost

The SonicStage software isnt my favourite

Cant play whilst being charged

Perhaps a little too small

Not cheap
